The Documentation Centre allows visitors to consult more than 12,000 works. They deal with engravings in general, but also with the world of images, its history, its symbolism and – more broadly – with all areas of art history. Most of the documentation concerns the contemporary period, however.

The documentary collection mainly consists of individual or collective exhibition catalogues as well as many reference books. You will also find about 10 different periodicals and a regularly updated selection of ephemeral documents (invitation cards, greeting cards, posters, leaflets…).

The access to the documentation centre is free (of charge), but by booking only. The works can only be consulted on site. A paid photocopy service allows you to keep a duplicate of your research.
