Mrzyk & Moriceau + Julos Beaucarne. From cosmos with love

This exhibition highlights the iconic French contemporary drawing duo, Petra Mrzyk and Jean-François Moriceau, paired for this occasion with the warm and poetic figure of Julos Beaucarne. Free-spirited and inventive, the two artists have been developing an universe for over twenty years where black ink lines and humor turn everyday life into playful poetry. With From Cosmos With Love, they invite visitors on a joyful dive into their rich universe through a brand-new immersive tour blending drawing, pop culture, and nostalgia.

The duo takes over two floors of the museum. On the ground floor, they have created a unique graphic universe where their creations enter into a dialogue with around twenty sweaters worn by Julos Beaucarne and knitted by his female admirers. Upstairs, the experience continues with a new display gathering drawings, ceramics, and videos, offering visitors a comprehensive journey through their artistic practice.
