Les images ne se donnent pas directement et conservent fort heureusement une part d\u2019abstraction formelle, r\u00e9sultant aussi du brouillage qu\u2019il arrive \u00e0 leur conf\u00e9rer par les techniques multiples qu\u2019il utilise sur les plaques <span class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color-color\">(utilisation de tape, morsure directe etc.)<\/span> qui renforcent l\u2019effet d\u2019oblit\u00e9ration de l\u2019image. <span class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color-color\">Leur installation partielle dans des espaces marginaux du C.G.I.I. permet de m\u00e9taphoriser l\u2019existence parall\u00e8le de ces r\u00e9alit\u00e9s inqui\u00e9tantes.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">English<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Basile Bruneau is currently pursuing a printmaking degree at ArBA-EsA. <span class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color-color\">His practice formally explores the transposition of digital images into printed works.<\/span><br><br><span class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color-color\">The prints we present here are the result of his research into the world of the &#8220;dark web&#8221;<\/span>, the hidden and censored Internet that exists alongside the one most of us use. The images do not reveal themselves directly and fortunately retain a degree of formal abstraction, also as a result of the interference that arises through the multiple techniques he uses on the plates (use of tape, direct acid-etching etc.) which reinforce the effect of subverting the image. <span class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color-color\">Their installation of some of them in marginal areas of circulation of the Centre also functions as a metaphor for the parallel existence of these disturbing realities.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-95632","extra","type-extra","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.centredelagravure.be\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/extra\/95632","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.centredelagravure.be\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/extra"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.centredelagravure.be\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/extra"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.centredelagravure.be\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=95632"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
